You may have noticed a wall there before... there was no need for it since there's no need for a door at the bottom of the stairs any more. This was my first attempt at demolition. Normally I'm pretty methodical in my order of operations, so I started figuring out the best way to take down the wall. After bringing to mind the many times I've watched people slugging out walls on tv, I grabbed my hammer and swung away. It was fun!

We found these two little guys within the wall when we got it all apart. It was a lovers leap!
