Here's the beginning of plumbing the bathroom. Jeremy cut out the floor for the drains, then I chipped out the cement and dug out all the dirt. My mom said the carbon monoxide detector went off upstairs, and there was a healthy coating of dust on just about everything in the house.
The far wall needed some new studs, so Mr. Cabable (Jeremy) re-studded. Jeremy is a friend from Riverside who will be looking after the project. We're very thankful to have someone we completely trust doing the work. He's very competent and thorough.

This is the first in a sequence of pictures I took from the doorway leading into what was my old bedroom. Straight ahead will be our bedroom, then to the right will be the washroom, and just out of sight will be the girls bedroom. To your immediate left will be my very own office!
